It will wash RO Membrane automatically for 60 seconds when it used at the first time; it will not work if its supply pressure is inadequate.
If the source water and power are on, the IC controller will detect the system around 60 seconds and there will be 5 lights shining, green [Full], Orange [Flush], Red [Producing water], Green [Source water], and Orange [Manual].
After that, the number shown on the LED will start to count down from 60 to 0. When detecting after 20 seconds, there will be three kinds of different results.
When detected producing water status, the Green light [Source] and Red light [Producing Water] will be on to show the insufficient water in the Tank.
When detected a shortage of water or no water, the Green Light [Source] will be shining.
When detected full water status, the Green light [Source] and the Green Light [Full] will be on; Red light [Producing Water] will be off.
Every 24 hours, the IC controller will wash RO Membrane automatically around 50- 60 seconds. Every automatical washing has two reactions.
(A) If auto washing is started under the function of full water, then there will be four lights on, Orange [Manual], Green [source], Orange [Flush] and Green [Full].
(B) If auto washing is started under the function of producing water, then there will be four lights on, Orange [Manual], Green [source], Orange [Flush] and Red [work].
(If press RESET, the IC Controller will restart the auto detecting function and the time of producing water will be zero for another calculation.)
Reaction of pump(red light): It can shine when producing water.
Water quality: Detecting range produce water ratio 85% ±5% CLEAN. 00-04 ppm shown on the LED is the normal range; if the water quality is more than 04 ppm, the LED will show 99 ppm (Sometimes 05-99ppm, it depends on the ppm of the source water.) and keep shining red light on the LED, means please replace the RO Membrane.
Notice: The detecting of water quality is normal according to formal producing water. It should be wipe with alcohol per 3 ~ 4 month. |
